The excavator is solid and does what I need. However, when I had a question about a hydraulic leak after about a month, it took several days to get a response from support. Eventually they helped resolve it under warranty but the wait was frustrating.
The R32 itself is excellent. Hydraulics are smooth and the controls are responsive. Only knocked off a star because delivery took longer than expected and one attachment was missing on arrival, though the company shipped it quickly after I called.
The machine itself is great once we got it operational. Unfortunately one of the cab windows had a crack on arrival and a couple of the attachments had cosmetic damage. Company sent replacements but it delayed our project by two weeks.
Bought the R32 for my landscaping business and it has been a game changer. The Kubota engine runs smooth, zero tail swing is perfect for tight backyard jobs, and the 12 attachments saved me thousands. Best investment I've made this year.
Honestly the best equipment investment I've made. The R32 handles 90% of jobs I previously needed bigger machines for, the attachment package covers every scenario, and the warranty gives me peace of mind. Five stars all the way.
