Functionally the excavator is great and dug perfectly from day one. However, there were several scuffs and a dented panel when it arrived. Customer service offered a partial refund which I accepted but it was disappointing for a new machine.
The excavator itself is great and I have no complaints about performance. However, getting status updates during shipping was difficult and I had to reach out multiple times to track my order. Once it arrived, everything has been fine.
Honestly went in with low expectations given the price point and was blown away. The build quality, hydraulic smoothness, and attachment package make this an incredible value. My husband and I both use it for our property maintenance business.
The excavator works well now but I had a hydraulic line leak about two weeks in. Warranty covered the replacement parts but the diagnostic and shipping process took almost three weeks. The machine itself is solid otherwise.
From sales process to delivery to actual machine performance, everything has exceeded my expectations. The grapple and rake attachments have been particularly useful for site cleanup. Wish I had bought one years ago.
