Coming from older manual control AGTs, the pilot system on the H15R is a game changer. Smoother, more precise, and easier on long days. 1.5 ton size is right for residential.
The 2025 improvements are real. Pilot system works well. But this is still a budget machine - plastic trim, control feel, and finish are all clearly value-tier.
1.5 ton hits the sweet spot - bigger than a 1 ton, smaller than 2 ton. The H15R with pilot system is exactly what AGT needed to compete. Updated model is the one to buy.
Had an older 1 ton AGT and the H15R is dramatically better. Pilot system, better build quality, and the 1.5 ton size handles more serious work. Worth the upgrade.
2025 AGT H15R is the best AGT I've operated. Pilot system, 1.5 ton size, and decent build quality at a fair price. Some cost cuts visible but the essentials are improved.
